We continue to use this philosophy as we develop products for today’s food industry. In response to the scientific discoveries that continue to pour in about the harmful effects of trans fat, we developed our line of Trans Fat Free cake and muffin mixes. While other companies had only just begun thinking about eliminating trans fat from their products, Embassy Flavours released its line of high quality Trans Fat Free mixes ready for the oven and they quickly proved that they had compromised absolutely nothing in taste.
