Method: 
1. Use 2 Kg of the Nature 9-Grain Bread dough for a 36 portion bun divider.
2. After first rest, cut and round dough. Place on trays and make impression with kaiser press on each bun. Proof 80%.
3. Let buns rest 15 minutes after being removed from the proofer. Bake 15 minutes with steam.
