Method: (USE PADDLE)
1. Cream butter, icing sugar, whole eggs and emulsion until smooth.
2. Place creamed mixture onto a clean table.
3. Place the flour on top of the mixture and begin to gently rub flour into the butter mixture, similar to making pie dough.
4. Continue until the pieces are irregular in shape but no larger than a pea.
5. Refrigerate until firm. If desired, rub the crumbled topping again into even smaller, finer pieces for a finer looking topping.

This crumble topping is meant for use with the
Peach Crumble Coffee Cake
recipe.
