| 1. Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. |
| 2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl, then mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. |
| 3. Scrape down the bowl and give a mix by hand. Scale and bake cakes at 350ºF (190ºC) for 35-45 minutes. |
