Recipes - Coffee Cakes

Trans Fat Free Extra Moist Cream Cake #4329 2.3
Whole Eggs 0.69
Water 0.80
Vegetable Oil 0.46

Method: USE PADDLE
1. Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl, then mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
3. Scrape down the bowl and give a mix by hand. Scale and bake cakes at 350ºF (190ºC) for 35-45 minutes.
Yield: five 8" tube cake pans.
