Recipes - Apple Cake

Scale at 600g per loaf.

Method: USE PADDLE

1. Gradually add all liquids to the mix. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.

2. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed. Scrape the bowl down.

3. Add the apples.

4. Mix 1-2 minutes on low speed.

5. Bake at 300-310ºF in conventional oven or bake at 250ºF in convection oven.

Due to the high amount of fresh fruits in this product, ensure to give full bake.

Make sure that the wire tester comes out clean and dry.
