| 1. Add the liquids gradually to the mix. Mix 1-2 minutes on low speed. |

| 3. Add the apples gradually. Mix 1 minute on low speed. |
| 4. Scale 600g of batter in desired pan loaf. Top with 50g of crumble. |
| 5. Bake at 300-310ºF in a conventional oven or 250ºF in a convection oven. |
