HACCP
We have taken steps to ensure that every product that reaches our customers has met our rigorous standards for quality. Embassy Flavours has committed to align its quality programs with the OMAF (Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food) HACCP ADVANTAGE Program and has achieved formal accreditation in May 2005. This proven method of quality assurance allows us to offer products that adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Peanut and Shellfish Controlled Facility
In order to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, our facility does not manufacture products with peanuts or shellfish as ingredients. In addition, we do not allow our employees to bring peanut or shellfish foods into the manufacturing facility or any of the areas connected to it.
Kosher
Embassy Flavours is under the supervision and certification of the Kashruth Council of Toronto and 99% of our products are Kosher (Dairy and Parve) under the bearing COR 284.
