Bakers/Supreme is Embassy’s line of high quality flavours, available in Bakers, Supreme, and Emulsion formats. This diverse group of products is designed for a wide variety of applications. This portfolio of flavours has been developed to provide excellent taste and aroma quality to lower volume businesses in the bakery sector of the food industry.
Supreme Flavours
When optimum flavour quality is your goal, our Supreme line of flavours can be used with confidence to produce the very finest results. Supreme Flavours are extremely versatile and boast excellent flavour quality, and since they are alcohol-based, they offer excellent bake, heat, and freeze stability. Given that they are made with 100% natural ingredients, Supreme Flavours offer the highest quality extracts available. Furthermore, they allow you to maintain a clean and appealing label declaration. The recommended usage for a Supreme Flavour is between 2 – 4% in the finished product.
Bakers Flavours
Bakers Flavours incorporate advanced flavour technology to produce high quality artificial products. In order to ensure that they maintain all of the taste and aroma characteristic of natural flavours, Bakers Flavours are developed to be chemically identical to the flavours found in nature. These nature-identical flavours are often blended with natural extracts to achieve the ultimate flavour profile in an N&A (natural and artificial) product. They are either alcohol or propylene glycol based, and will not effect the colour of the final product. Bakers Flavours are highly bake, heat and freeze stable, and do not “bake out” or evaporate during the baking process. The recommended usage for a Bakers Flavour is between 1.5 – 3% in the finished product.
Emulsion Flavours
Our Emulsions are highly concentrated flavours designed to provide strong colour and/or flavour to your applications. Due to their high strength, our Emulsion flavours are very cost effective. They are available in either natural or artificial, and are much thicker than our Bakers or Supreme products. When they are designated “flavour and colour” (or F&C), our emulsions will add colour as well as flavour to the final product. Since our Emulsions do not contain any alcohol, they provide the very best bake, heat and freeze stability of all the products within this line. Due to their outstanding stability, our Emulsions are often used in beverage applications where flavours from citrus oils are mixed with water. Furthermore, this stability makes them ideal for any application in which intensive processing is performed. The recommended usage for an Emulsion flavour is 1 – 2% in the finished product.
