Flavour Concentrates are simply concentrated flavours. Our flavour concentrates are characterized not only by their consistent quality and long shelf-lives, but also by their outstanding flavour and aroma. Flavour concentrates are available in liquid or powder formats and can be used for virtually any application. They are available in either natural or artificial flavours, and include our roster of high quality essential oils and savoury flavours. Because of their high concentration, our flavour concentrates require only very low usage levels, beginning at 0.1% in the finished product.
Supreme Flavours is our line of top-quality natural flavour extracts. When optimum flavour quality is your goal, our Supreme line of flavours can be used with confidence to produce the very finest results, whatever the application. Since they are made with 100% natural ingredients, Supreme flavours offer the highest quality extracts available. They are alcohol based, and offer good bake-, heat- and freeze stability. The recommended usage level is from 2 – 4% in the finished product.
Bakers Flavours is our line of highly bake-stable artificial flavours. Bakers flavours incorporate advanced flavour technology to produce high quality artificial products that offer true taste and do not “bake out” or evaporate during the baking process. They are often blended with natural extracts to achieve the ultimate flavour profile. Bakers flavours are either alcohol or propylene glycol based, and require 1.5 – 3% usage in the final product.
Emulsion Flavours is a line of high quality, non-alcoholic and stable flavours. Due to their high concentration, our emulsions are also very cost effective. They are available in either natural or artificial and require 1 – 2% usage in the finished product. In some cases, when designated “flavour and colour” (or F&C), the emulsion will colour as well as flavour the final product. Because these products do not contain any alcohol, they are the most bake, heat and freeze-stable of all the product lines. |
